NWA Property Deals is operated by Tyler Thompson, a Northwest Arkansas real estate investor with over 20 years of experience in the local market. We specialize in connecting buyers who don’t qualify for traditional bank financing with homes they can purchase through owner financing.

Tyler is a service-disabled Special Operations veteran who came home to NWA and built a real estate investment company from the ground up. We understand that the path to homeownership isn’t the same for everyone — and we believe people with solid income and real desire to own shouldn’t be locked out just because a bank said no.
